On Wednesday I read an article that I found in “The Economist” in which Gustavo Entrala, CEO of 101, was explaining that as the same way as in finances or economy we don’t discuss about the need of having the appropriate formation, in communication or marketing should be the same.
He referred to the “boom” of social network. The recently appearance of this new way of communication between business and consumers has caught us unawares.
Do you think that we are prepared? Do we have, in our business, the right people to deal with this new social network? Do we need some coaching?
The answer is yes. We need coaching or some kind of formation because, the fact that our business has a profile on Facebook or many followers in Twiter, requires a previous strategy.
So, as a result of all of the above, these days, Community Managers (professionals of communication which are in contact with clients and consumers) are the most demanded jobs.
In fact, now, there is no doubt that we are in front of a new discipline that need experts.
